Summer Ride Times! Woop!
Now its summer, both Wednesday and Sunday rides will begin at 2pm. We get longer in bed lunches, and still get nice long rides!

Membership Forms
You can download the membership form in two versions, one for lifetime AU members (you will know who you are) HERE and one for everyone else (pretty much everyone) HERE.

Big Bike Bash
The Big Bike Bash is on the 22nd-23rd August, and the principle aims are the sharing of knowledge and to encourage riders and non-riders alike to see how much fun you can have on a bike. There will be races of course but there will also be events for every level of rider from babies in tow-along trailers to advanced skills and stunts arenas.
The BBB is an non-profit event with all profits donated to UK Youth, who is the leading national youth work charity supporting over 750,000 young people.

Marin Roughride
This year’s Marin Roughride is on Sunday June 14th, one week later than 2008. Marin are providing spot prizes and a test fleet which will be available from Saturday lunchtime onwards. Torq are on board with drinks and a stand.
The event costs £27.50 for advance entry, which includes camping, event tee shirt and post ride meal, courtesy of Wilfs! Visit the website (www.roughride.co.uk) for further details and entry.

Summer Races
We've had a few races over the summer, such as Twentyfour12, SITS, and Torq in you sleep, and seem to have done reasonably well! Well done guys! Despite the not-quite-amazing weather, I'm told there are still volunteers for the next lot!

Alps Trip
Everyone (should) be back from the Alps trip by now! Two weeks of sun, rain, and gnarcore trail greeted the super-stoked members of SUMBC in Morzine, and I think we all enjoyed ourselves! Have a good summer!
